Unbind a license
Replaced a machine or reinstalled the system and the old device still holds your key? Release it here — no need to wait for support.
- Unbinding only releases the device slot — it does not change the key's term or expiry.
- Expired, frozen or banned keys cannot be unbound here. Please contact support.
- Lost your key or someone else bound it? Contact support with your proof of purchase.
Unbind a license
RDMA license keys only (32 characters, starting with Nynov). DMA firmware keys (NDMA…) are not tied to a device, so there is nothing to unbind.
One unbind per key per week. The previous device stops working immediately and you can activate again on the new one.
